Their easy CANedge2 logger collects raw CAN time-stamped data and sends the data to an extractable industrial SD card. Using WiFi, 3G or 4G access points, CSS Electronics’ solution automatically uploads the time-stamped data to the client’s servers. CSS’s products and services are perfect for collecting vehicle metrics — including speed, temperatures, state of change, GPS, etc. CSS Electronics uses Python to process time series data from AWS S3, which is then stored in InfluxDB and visualized in Grafana.
