Our CTO and co-founder Paul Dix will be leading off our InfluxDays NYC 2018 event with another great talk focused on his vision for the InfluxData platform and provide you with the latest update on IFQL (the new query language) he announced at our SF event. If you missed his talk, you are in luck because we have a recording for you to take a look at! Just one month after his talk, we announced the release of IFQL version 0.03 which includes performance, resource management as well as some benchmarks to offer proof that IFQL is faster than InfluxQL!
To top it off, Paul will also be offering a session dedicated to IFQL during one of the workshops where he will demonstrate IFQL in detail and help you to become an active contributor to the project. He conducted a similar session at our SF event with great success and we recommend it highly!
We are now less than 62 days away from InfluxDays 2018 NYC , which will be held on February 13-14, 2018 at Maiden Lane Conference Center, 180 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038. Similar to our San Francisco event, the first day will be filled with time series relevant talks followed by a full-day hands-on workshop. We have a few speakers lined up, but if you have a topic that you would like to submit, please do so as our call for papers for our New York event is officially open!
Registration is also open so take advantage of the Special Early Registration rate of just $125! And be sure to follow us on Twitter @InfluxDB to remain in the loop for more upcoming events and news.
