To our InfluxData customers:
In light of the current global situation with COVID-19, I wanted to share with you InfluxData’s plans to ensure business continuity and the safety of our employees and communities. Our top priorities continue to be the health and wellbeing of our employees, as well as the mitigation of potential service disruptions to our customers.
As a remote-first company, we have natural resilience and processes in place to continue to deliver on all aspects of our business - including product development and delivery of support services. Our engineering, operations, and data processing facilities are designed and deployed in multiple, globally distributed regions. At this time, we do not anticipate any impact to our ability to continue to render services to our customers.
Our company has a majority-remote workforce with teams distributed across the U.S. and Europe. Given the current global situation with COVID-19, we have implemented a work-from-home policy to promote the health and safety of our employees, their families and our communities.
We are in constant communication with our staff, customers, and cloud service providers - closely monitoring the situation and evaluating our policies as it evolves. More information about InfluxData’s business contingency planning is available on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact your sales manager or our support team with questions or concerns, or send email to [email protected].
