Abstract: In this article, published by DZone, InfluxData Developer Advocate Anais Dotis-Georgiou shows how she used K-Means and InfluxDB to detect anomalies in EKG data with the InfluxDB Python Client Library, and how she used Chronograf to alert on the anomalies. Through the course of the article, she discusses the steps she used for anomaly detection with K-means as well as how she used Chronograf to help her manage her alerts and autogenerate a TICKscript in order to use Kapacitor.
