We’re excited to announce that registration for InfluxDays EMEA 2021 Virtual Experience is open! We can’t wait to see the entire #InfluxDB community on May 18-19, 2021. RSVP today for this free event!
InfluxDays is an event focused on the impact of time series data. Attendees gain first-hand knowledge – from InfluxDB community members and from InfluxData’s team – about time series applications and use cases.
2020 - the year of virtual events
InfluxData quickly pivoted to make all InfluxDays conferences in 2020 virtual, and it certainly was an adventure. It goes without saying that we can’t wait to see everyone in person! As someone who has attended and helped organize many events, I was definitely interested to see how it would all play out virtually. The amazing InfluxDB community didn’t let us down last year; I was humbled by how everyone made the most of the virtual experience.
InfluxDays London 2020 highlights:
- Amazing live and on-demand sessions that are still being watched today!
- First time we ever live-streamed the entire conference.
- We had attendees from all over the world – 6 continents were represented!
- Just because we're virtual, doesn't mean we can't have fun and bond. Thanks to our Slack workspace, we shared photos of our pets – from dogs, cats and chickens.
What's new in 2021
We learned a lot along the way, and we’re looking forward to providing the community with an even better experience in 2021! Rather than using Zoom, we’ll be using an awesome virtual event platform. Don’t worry, we’re still using the InfluxDB Community Slack workspace. This year we will have:
- A richer conference experience for all attendees and presenters
- Slido to make live Q&A and polling easy
- Happy Hour and trivia – Even after the live sessions are over, we still want to hang out with everyone!
- More advanced training offerings – stay tuned!
